1. Owner

2. Purpose
The site presents and sells licenses for software (automated trading systems) for the NinjaTrader 8 and MetaTrader 5 platforms. Published information is informational and commercial; it is not a binding offer until availability, price and delivery terms are expressly confirmed by email.
3. License terms
- The license is personal, non-transferable and limited to the machine and the account number provided by the buyer. A change of machine or account is handled by email at no cost.
- The software is delivered compiled. No source code is delivered. Decompiling, reverse engineering, copying, transferring, renting or reselling is prohibited.
- The license includes twelve months of updates and email support from the delivery date.
- As digital content delivered and activated at the buyer's request, there is no right of withdrawal or refund once the license has been delivered, in accordance with Spanish consumer law (Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007, article 103.m). Platform, data and account compatibility is checked before delivery.
- Prices are published in US dollars excluding taxes. Applicable taxes are calculated according to the buyer's country at the time of invoicing.
4. Intellectual property
The software, texts, graphics and design of the site are the property of the owner and are protected by intellectual property law. No right other than the license of use described is granted.
5. Limitation of liability
The owner is not responsible for the buyer's investment decisions or for the results obtained with the software, nor for losses arising from interruptions of data, connectivity or platform, or from changes in third-party rules (brokers, prop firms, data providers). See the risk disclaimer.
6. Governing law and jurisdiction
These terms are governed by Spanish law. For any dispute, and unless consumer regulations provide otherwise, the parties submit to the courts of [CITY], Spain.
