Risk and simulated results disclaimer
Last updated: 8 October 2026
1. Trading risk
Trading futures, contracts for difference (CFDs) and other leveraged products involves a high risk of loss and is not suitable for every investor. You may lose all of the capital deposited, or the full cost of the evaluation and fees of a funded account. Before trading you should consider your objectives, your experience and your ability to absorb losses. Past results, whether real or simulated, do not guarantee future results.
2. Hypothetical results
All figures, statistics and curves published on tradervolume.com come from simulations on historical data. Simulated or hypothetical results have inherent limitations. Unlike an actual track record, they do not represent executed trades. Because the trades were not executed, the results may not correctly reflect the impact of certain market factors, such as lack of liquidity, slippage or price gaps. Simulated trading programs are in general designed with the benefit of hindsight. No representation is being made, and no guarantee is given, that any account will or is likely to achieve profits or losses similar to those shown.
Curves are presented on a relative scale (multiples of each system's historical maximum drawdown) and not in currency units. Drawdown percentages relative to an account limit are computed at the recommended size and with the rules published by prop firms on the date of the simulation; those rules may change.
3. Live track record
The systems offered have been running on the author's live accounts since September and October 2026. That history is too short to have statistical value and is not published as evidence of performance. Any live result published in the future will be identified as such, with its period and sample size.
4. Nature of the product
TraderVolume sells software licenses. It does not provide financial, investment or tax advice; it does not manage third-party accounts or capital; it does not recommend specific trades; and it is not registered as an investment firm or adviser with the CNMV, the CFTC, the NFA or any other regulator. The decision to use the software, with which account, at which size and under which rules, and all of its economic consequences, rest solely with the buyer.
5. Funded accounts
Prop firms set their own rules (trailing drawdown, daily loss limit, consistency, trading hours, use of automated systems, exclusivity, opposite positions across accounts, maximum number of accounts per person). The buyer is solely responsible for checking that the use of the software complies with the rules of their firm. TraderVolume is not responsible for the loss of an account, the denial of a payout or the cancellation of a contract by a prop firm.
6. Software operation
The software requires a running platform connected to a data provider and a broker. Interruptions of data, connectivity, hardware or platform, execution errors, price gaps or contract changes may cause losses that the software cannot prevent. The buyer must supervise their account and keep the means to close positions manually.
