2. What data is processed and how
This site uses no cookies, embeds no analytics or tracking tools and stores no visitor data. The access request form does not send information to any server: it composes an email on the visitor's own device, and the visitor decides whether to send it.
When a visitor sends an email, the data it contains (name, email address, platform, account size, message) is processed for the sole purpose of answering the request and, where applicable, managing the license, invoicing and support.
3. Legal basis
Pre-contractual steps taken at the data subject's request and, after purchase, performance of the contract and compliance with legal obligations (invoicing). No unsolicited commercial communications are sent.
4. Retention
Request emails that do not lead to a purchase are kept for a maximum of twelve months. License and invoicing data is kept for the duration of the license and the applicable statutory periods.
5. Recipients
Data is not shared with third parties, except with the providers needed to deliver the service (email, payment gateway and invoicing) and where required by law. The site is hosted by Cloudflare, Inc., which may process IP addresses to serve content and protect the service.
6. Rights
You may exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction and portability by writing to info@tradervolume.com. If you consider that the processing does not comply with the regulations, you may lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es) or your local supervisory authority.
